Due to the review of our Primary Road System records, Iowa 25, Adair County should be deleted and the new description added should be officially included into the Primary Road System.

Iowa 25 begins at the Union‑Adair County line approximately 3 miles south of Orient, Iowa and travels in a northwesterly direction to the Guthrie‑Adair County line approximately 3 miles east of Casey, Iowa, via the Cities of Orient and Greenfield, Iowa.

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

Locate Iowa 25 and its extensions in Adair County as follows:

Beginning on the Adair‑Union County line at a point near the SW Corner of Section 34‑T74N‑R31W, Adair County (NW Corner of Section 3-T73N‑R31W, Union County); thence north following substantially the section line thru Sections 34, 27, and 22‑T74N‑R31W to the south corporation line of the City of Orient connecting with an unnamed street.
