Iowa County); thence north following substantially the section line said
Section 35 to a point approximately 1200 feet south of the NW Corner of Section
35‑T82N‑R9W; thence curving in northeasterly direction to a point
approximately 1200 feet east of the NW Corner of Section 35‑T82N‑R9W;
thence east following substantially the section line of Sections 35 and 36‑T82N‑R9W
to a point approximately 600 feet east of the N ¼ Corner of Section 36‑T82N‑R9W;
thence in a northeasterly direction along the north side of the Chicago,
Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad and substantially parallel thereto
through Section 25‑T82N‑R9W to the west corporation line of the
City of Walford connecting with an unnamed street.

35‑T82N‑R9W; thence curving in northeasterly direction to a point
approximately 1200 feet east of the NW Corner of Section 35‑T82N‑R9W;
thence east following substantially the section line of Sections 35 and 36‑T82N‑R9W
to a point approximately 600 feet east of the N ¼ Corner of Section 36‑T82N‑R9W;
thence in a northeasterly direction through Section 25-T82N-R9W to the west
corporation line of the City of Walford connecting with an unnamed street.
