Due to a review of our Primary Road System records, Iowa 141 in Carroll County should be deleted and the new description added should be officially included into the Primary Road System.

Iowa 141 begins at the Carroll‑Crawford County line 1 mile west of Manning and travels in an easterly and southeasterly direction through Coon Rapids at the Carroll‑Guthrie County line via the Cities of Manning and Dedham, Iowa.

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

Locate Iowa 141 and its extensions in Carroll County as follows:

Beginning on the Carroll‑Crawford County line at a point near the NW Corner Section 19-T82N‑R36W, Carroll County (NE Corner Section 24‑T82N‑R37W, Crawford County); thence east following substantially the section line of said Section 19 to the west corporation line of the City of Manning, connecting with an unnamed street.
