Beginning on the Scott‑Cedar County line at a point approximately 1,000 feet south of the E ¼ Corner of Section 13‑T80N‑R1W, Cedar County (W ¼ Corner of Section 13‑T80N‑R1W, Scott County); thence northwest to a point about 700 feet west of the N ¼ Corner of Section 18‑T80N‑R1W; thence west following substantially the section line of Sections 13, 14, 15 and 16‑T80N‑R1W to the east corporation line of Bennett, connecting with 5th Street.

Bennett:

Beginning on 5th Street at the east corporation line; thence west on 5th Street to an unnamed street; thence northwest on unnamed street to the north corporation line.

Due to the review of our Primary Road System records, Iowa 130 in Cedar County should be deleted from the Primary System and the new description added should be officially included into the Primary Road System.

Iowa 130 begins at the Cedar‑Scott County line approximately 4 miles east of Bennett, Iowa and travels in a northwesterly and westerly direction via Bennett, Iowa terminating at the junction of Iowa 38 in Tipton, Iowa.

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

Locate Iowa 130 and its extensions in Cedar County as follows:
