Beginning at the Clayton‑Fayette County line at a point near the NW Corner Section 19‑T91N‑R6W, Clayton County (NE Corner Section 24-T91N‑R7W, Fayette County); thence east following substantially the section line of Sections 19, 20, and 21‑T91N‑R6W to a point approximately 700 feet west of the N ¼ of Section 21‑T91N‑R6W; thence in a southeasterly direction through Section 21‑T91N‑R6W to the west corporation line of Strawberry Point, connecting with Mission Street.

Strawberry Point:

Beginning on Mission Street at the west corporation line; thence southeast on Mission Street to Commercial Street; thence southwest and south on Commercial Street to the south corporation line.

Due to a review of our Primary Road System records, Iowa 3 in Clayton County should be deleted and the new description added should be officially included into the Primary System.

Iowa 3 begins on the Clayton‑Fayette County line approximately 3 miles west of Strawberry Point, Iowa and travels in a southeasterly direction via Strawberry Point and Edgewood, Iowa to the Clayton‑Delaware County line approximately 1½ miles east of Edgewood, Iowa.

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

Locate Iowa 3 and its extensions in Clayton County as follows:
