DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:

Due to the discontinuation of the corporation boundary of the City of Millville in 2014, it is recommended that description for US 52 in Clayton County be revised.

New Description ‑ US 52 and its extensions in Clayton County described as follows:

Beginning on the Clayton‑Dubuque County line at a point near the SW Corner Section 34‑T91N‑R2W, Clayton County (NW Corner Section 3‑T90N‑R2W, Dubuque County); thence north following substantially the section line of Section 34 to a point approximately 500 feet south of the NW Corner Section 34‑T91N‑R2W; thence in a generally northerly direction through Sections 33, 28, 21, 16, 15 and 16‑T91N‑R2W; through Sections 9, 10, 3, and 4‑T91N‑R2W, and Sections 33, 28, 29, and 20‑T92N‑R2W to the south corporation line of Guttenberg connecting with 5th Street.

Beginning on 5th Street at the south corporation line; thence northerly and northwesterly on 5th Street to the west corporation line.
