RECOMMENDATION:
It is
recommended that the old description of
Locate
Beginning at
a point in the NW ¼ Section 11‑T89N‑R2E (south junction US 52 and
Iowa 3); thence in a northeasterly and northerly direction through Sections 11
and 2‑T89N‑R2E and northerly through Section 35‑T90N‑R2E
to a point near the center said Section 35; thence in a southwesterly direction
through Sections 35 and 34‑T90N‑R2E to a point in the SW ¼ Section
34‑T90N‑R2E (north junction US 52 and Iowa 3).
