Due to a
review of our Primary System records, the primary route description for
Interstate 29 in Fremont
County was found to be in
slight error and therefore was re-written.

RECOMMENDATION:
New
Description - Interstate 29 and its extensions in Fremont County
described as follows:
Beginning on
the Iowa‑Missouri State line at a point in the north part of Section 34‑T67N‑R42W,
Fremont County; thence in a northwesterly and northerly direction through
Sections 34, 27, 28, 20, 17 and 18‑T67N‑R42W; Sections 13, 12, 11,
2 and 3‑T67N‑R43W; Sections 34, 27, 28 (junction Iowa 2), 21, 20,
17, 8 and 7‑T68N‑R43W; Sections 32, 29, 20, 17, 8 and 5‑T69N‑R43W,
and Sections 32, 29, 20, 17, 16, 9 and 4-T70N-R43W to the Fremont‑Mills
County line at a point in the NW ¼ of Section 4‑T70N-R43W, Fremont County
(SW ¼ of Section 33‑T71N‑R43W, Mills County.)

Due to a
review of our Primary System records Interstate 29 in Fremont County
should be deleted and the new description added should be officially included
into the Primary System.
PROPOSAL/ACTION
RECOMMENDATION:
It is
recommended that the old description of Interstate 29 in Fremont County
be deleted and the new description, as referred in the attached detailed
description, be included in the Primary System
effective upon the adoption of this resolution.

Section 29‑T67N-R42W; thence in a northwesterly and northerly direction
on the south side of and substantially parallel to the Chicago, Burlington and
Quincy Railroad thru Sections 20, 17 and 18‑T67N-R42W and Sections 13,
12, 11, 2 and 3-T67N-R43W and Sections 34, 27, 28, 21, 20, 17, 8 and 7‑T68N‑R43W
