Beginning again on the north corporation line of Goodell connecting with an unnamed street; thence north following substantially the section line of Sections 30, 19, 18, 7 and 6‑T94N‑R23W, Sections 31, 30, 19, 18, 7 and 6‑T95N‑R23W and Section 31‑T96N‑R23W to the south corporation line of Garner connecting with an unnamed street.

Garner:

DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:

Due to a review of our Primary Road System records, US 69 in Hancock County should be deleted, and the new description added should be officially included into the Primary Road System.

US 69 begins at the Hancock‑Wright County line, 1 mile south of Goodell, traveling in a northerly direction to the Hancock‑Winnebago County line in Forest City via the cities of Goodell, Garner and Forest City, Iowa.

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

Locate US 69 and its extensions in Hancock County as follows:

Beginning on the Hancock‑Wright County line at a point near the SW Corner of Section 31‑T94N‑R23W, Hancock County (NW Corner of Section 6‑T93N‑R23W, Wright County); thence north following substantially the section line said Section 31 to the south corporation line of the City of Goodell connecting with an unnamed street.

Goodell:

Beginning on the south corporation line, connecting with an unnamed street; thence northerly to the north corporation line connecting with an unnamed street.

Beginning again on the north corporation line of the City of Goodell connecting with an unnamed street; thence north following substantially the section line of Sections 30, 19, 18, 7 and 6‑T94N‑R23W, Sections 31, 30, 19, 18, 7 and 6‑T95N‑R23W and Section 31‑T96N‑R23W to the south corporation line of the City of Garner connecting with an unnamed street.
