Remove Iowa 129 and locate Iowa 123 in Henry County as follows:

Beginning at a point approximately 650 feet north and 1300 feet west of the SE Corner Section 5‑T71N‑R7W; thence in a northerly direction to the south corporation line of the Town of Rome, connecting with Fourth Street.

Rome:

Beginning on Fourth Street at the south corporation line; thence north on Fourth Street to Broadway Street; thence east on Broadway Street to Third Street.

NOW, THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa State Highway commission approve the route number change in Henry County, Iowa.
