Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑222‑0 (3) ‑‑2M‑46
between Humboldt County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred
that portion of Iowa 222 from a junction with Iowa 15 near the N ¼ Corner
Section 7‑T93N‑R30W east to the west corporation line of the City
of Ottosen and from the east corporation line of the City of Ottosen easterly
and southerly to the north corporation line of the City of Bode and from the
east corporation line of the City of Bode easterly to the west corporation line
of the City of Livermore to county jurisdiction on July 15, 1980.
Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑222‑0 (6) ‑‑2M‑46,
between the City of Ottosen and the Iowa Department of Transportation and
transfer of agreement number TJ‑222‑0 (3)‑‑2M‑46
between Humboldt County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred
that portion of Iowa 222 from the west corporation line of the City of Ottosen
easterly along the south corporation line to the east corporation line of the
City of Ottosen to local jurisdiction on July 15, 1980.
Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑222‑0 (4) ‑‑2M‑46,
between the City of Bode and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred
that portion of Iowa Route 222 from the north corporation line southerly and
easterly to the east corporation line of Bode to city jurisdiction on July 15,
1980.
Transfer
of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑222‑0 (5) ‑‑2M‑46,
between the City of Livermore and the Iowa Department of Transportation,
transferred that portion of Iowa 222 from the west corporation line
northeasterly and easterly to Fifth Street to city jurisdiction on July 1,
1980.

RECOMMENDATION:
It
is recommended the commission approve deleting the attached description of
