Beginning at a point near the W ¼ Corner of Section 30‑T84N‑R5E (junction of Iowa 64); thence north following substantially the section line of Sections 30 and 19‑T84N‑R5E to the south corporation line of Spragueville connecting with Division Street.

Spragueville:

Beginning on Division Street at the south corporation line; thence north on Division Street to the intersection of Division and Main Streets terminating at the north line of the intersection.

DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:

Due to a review of our Primary Road System records, Iowa 113 in Jackson County should be deleted from the Primary System and the new description added should be officially included into the Primary Road System.

Iowa 113 begins at the junction of Iowa 64 approximately 1 mile south of Spragueville, Iowa and travels northerly terminating in Spragueville, Iowa.

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

Locate Iowa 113 in Jackson County as follows:

Beginning at a point near the W ¼ Corner of Section 30‑T84N‑R5E (junction of Iowa 64); thence north following substantially the section line of Sections 30 and 19‑T84N‑R5E to the south corporation line of the City of Spragueville connecting with an unnamed street.

Spragueville:

Beginning on the south corporation line connecting with an unnamed street; thence northerly to the north line of Main Street.

NOW, THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa Department of Transportation approve the location of Iowa 113 in Jackson County, Iowa.

NOTE: To become effective upon adoption of this resolution.
