Remove Iowa 90 from the streets or roads as follows:

Commencing on State Street at the west corporation line; thence easterly on State Street to Walnut Street; thence easterly on unnamed street to Oak Park Avenue; thence easterly on Raven Street to the east corporation line.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Description of the Extension of Iowa 90 in the City (Town) of Colfax, Jasper County, as described in the Commission's minutes of November 16, 1960, is hereby rescinded.

NOTE: To become effective upon adoption of this resolution.

Remove from the Primary Road System the road:

Beginning on the Jasper‑Polk County Line at a point near the NW Corner Section 18‑T79N‑R21W Jasper County (NE Corner Section 13‑T79N‑R22W Polk County); thence east following substantially the section line to a point approximately 400 feet west of the SE Corner Section 9‑T79N‑R21W; thence curving in a northeasterly direction to a point approximately 400 feet north of the SE Corner Section 9‑T79N‑R21W; thence north to a point approximately 700 feet north of the E ¼ Corner Section 9‑T79N‑R21W; thence in a northeasterly direction along the South Side of the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railroad and substantially parallel thereto through Section 10-T79N‑R21W to a point near the NE Corner Section 10‑T79N‑R21W; thence east following substantially the section line to the west corporation line of the City of Colfax connecting with State Street.

Beginning again on the east corporation line of the City of Colfax connecting with Raven Street; thence east following substantially the section line to a point approximately 1100 feet west of the SE Corner Section 6‑T79N‑R20W; thence curving in a northeasterly direction to a point approximately 1100 feet north of the SE Corner Section 6‑T79N‑R20W; thence north to a point approximately 500 feet south of the W ¼ Corner Section 5-T79N-R20W; thence in a northeasterly, easterly and northeasterly direction through Sections 5 and 4‑T79N‑R20W and Section 33‑T80N‑R20W to a point approximately 1700 feet west and 850 feet north of the SE Corner Section 33-T80N‑R20W.
