northwest of Mingo and travels in a northeasterly and northerly direction to
the Jasper‑Story county line approximately 3 ½ miles north of the
junction of US 65,
PROPOSAL/ACTION
RECOMMENDATION:
Locate
US 65 in Jasper County,
Beginning
on the Jasper‑Polk County line at a point approximately 600 feet north of
the SW Corner Section 31‑T81N‑R21W, Jasper County (SE Corner
Section 36‑T81N-R22W, Polk County); thence in a northeasterly direction
thru Section 31, 30, 29 and 20‑T81N‑R21W to a point approximately
1200 feet north of the SE Corner Section 20‑T81N-R21W (junction Iowa 117
and 330); thence north following substantially the section line of Sections 21,
16, 9 and 4‑T81N‑R21W to the Jasper-Story County line to a point
near the NW Corner Section 4‑T81N‑R21W, Jasper County (SW Corner
Section 33‑T82N‑R21W, Story County.)
