Remove Iowa 153 in Johnson County, Iowa, as follows:

North Liberty:

Commencing at the intersection of Cherry Street and an unnamed street at a point approximately 840 feet south and 168.4 feet east of the E ¼ Corner of Section 12‑T80N‑R7W; thence in a northwesterly direction to the north corporation line at a point approximately ¼ mile west and .06 miles north of the E ¼ Corner Section 12‑T80N‑R7W.

Beginning on the north corporation line of the Town of North Liberty connecting with an unnamed street at a point approximately ¼ mile west and .06 miles north of the E ¼ Corner Section 12‑T80N‑R7W; thence in a northwesterly direction along the east side of the Cedar Rapids and Iowa City Railway and substantially parallel thereto to a point approximately 500 feet south of the N ¼ Corner Section 12‑T80N‑R7W (junction US 218).

NOW THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa State Highway Commission approve the removal of Iowa 153 in Johnson County, Iowa.

NOTE: To become effective as per agreement signed 12‑20‑67 and when the Town of North Liberty has been notified that Iowa 153 is no longer an extension of the Primary Road System.
