Beginning at the north entrance to Lake McBride State Park in Section 29‑T81N‑R6W; thence in a northerly and northeasterly direction through Sections 29, 20, 21, and 16‑T81N‑R6W to the E ¼ Corner SE ¼ Section 16‑T81N‑R6W; thence in an easterly and southeasterly direction through Section 15‑T81N‑R6W to a point approximately 172 feet north of the SE Corner Section 15‑T81N‑R6W; thence continuing in a southeasterly direction through Sections 14 and 23‑T81N‑R6W to the west corporation line of Solon connecting with an unnamed street.

Solon:

Beginning on an unnamed street at the west corporation line; thence southeasterly on said unnamed street to Main Street; thence easterly on Main Street to Market Street.

DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:

Due to a review of our Primary Road System records Iowa 382 in Johnson County should be deleted and the new description added should be officially included into the Primary System.

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that the old description of Iowa 382 in Johnson County be deleted and the new description, as referred in the attached detailed description, be included in the Primary Road System effective upon the adoption of this resolution.

Locate Iowa 332 and its extension in Johnson County as follows:

Beginning at the north entrance to Lake McBride State Park in Section 29‑T81N-R6W; thence in a northerly and northeasterly direction through Sections 29, 20, 21, and 16‑T81N‑R6W to the E ¼ Corner SE ¼ Section 16‑T81N‑R6W; thence in an easterly and southeasterly direction through Section 15‑T81N‑R6W to a point approximately 172 feet north of the SE Corner Section 15‑T81N‑R6W; thence continuing in a southeasterly direction through Sections 14 and 23‑T81N‑R6W to the west corporation line of the City of Solon, connecting with an unnamed street.

Solon:

Commencing at the west corporation line connecting with an unnamed street; thence southeasterly and easterly to Market Street (junction Iowa 1).
