DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:

US 169 begins on the Madison-Union County line approximately eight miles southwest of the City of East Peru, and travels northerly to the Madison-Dallas County line approximately six miles east of the City of Earlham, Iowa.

The official description for US 169 in Madison County was found to be incorrect in our official records. The existing description should be replaced with the corrected version.
