RESOLUTION revising the Primary Road System and providing corrected description of Primary Road.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Iowa State Highway Commission that the Primary Road System in Marion County (Counties) is hereby revised as follows.

Remove from the Primary Road System the road,

Beginning at a point near the center of the SE ¼ of Section 16‑T75N‑R18W; thence north to a point approximately ¼ mile west of the NE Corner Section 16‑T75N‑R18W; thence northeasterly through Section 9‑T75N‑R18W to the west corporation line of the Town of Harvey; connecting with an unnamed street at a point approximately 400 feet north of the SW Corner NW ¼ SW ¼ Section 10‑T75N‑R18W.

Add to the Primary Road System the road,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT THE DESCRIPTION OF Iowa 310 in Marion County (Counties) in the Commission's minutes of February 1, 1961 is hereby rescinded.

NOTE: To become effective December 31, 1966.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Iowa State Highway Commission that the Extension of Iowa 310 in the City (Town) of Harvey, Marion County, be revised as follows.

Remove the Extension of Iowa 310 from the streets or roads as follows:

Beginning on an unnamed street at the west corporation line at a point approximately 400 feet north of the SW Corner NW ¼ SW ¼ Section 10‑T75N‑R18W; thence northeasterly on unnamed street to Main Street; thence north on Main Street to the north side of the intersection of Second Street.

Locate the Extension of Primary Road on streets or roads as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Description of the Extension of Iowa 310 in the City (Town) of Harvey, Marion County, as described in the Commission's minutes of February 1, 1961 is hereby rescinded.
