DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:
Transfer of jurisdiction agreement number 2003-TJ-038, between the City
of Pacific Junction and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred that
portion of Iowa 385 from Lincoln Avenue at Front Street; then easterly on
Lincoln Avenue to the east corporation line to city jurisdiction on July 1,
2003.

portion of Iowa 385 from the east corporation line of Pacific Junction
connecting with Lincoln Avenue; then in an easterly direction through the south
part of Sections 21 and 22‑T72N‑R43W; then in a northeasterly
direction through Section 22‑T72N‑R43W to a point approximately 650
feet west of the east line said Section 22; then in a northeasterly direction
through Sections 23 and 14‑T72N‑R43W to a point approximately 1,100
feet north and 1,650 feet west of the SE Corner Section 14‑T72N‑R43W
(junction US 34 and 275) to county jurisdiction on July 1, 2003.
