DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:

Transfer of jurisdiction agreement number 2004-TJ-2004, between Plymouth County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred that portion of Unsigned Iowa 960 from the junction with Iowa 404 (approximately 600 feet north of the SW Corner Section 4-T92N-R45W); thence northeasterly through said Section 4-T92N-R45W to a point approximately 650 feet south and 1960 feet west of the NE Corner of said Section 4-T92N-R45W connecting with 160th Street to county jurisdiction on November 26, 2007.

DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:

Due to the relocation of Iowa 60 north of Le Mars, Old Iowa 60 was designated Unsigned Iowa 960 and the description should be added to reflect this.

New description – Unsigned Iowa 960 and its extensions in Plymouth County described as follows:

Beginning at the junction with Iowa 404 (approximately 600 feet north of the SW Corner Section 4-T92N-R45W); thence northeasterly through said Section 4-T92N-R45W to a point approximately 650 feet south and 1960 feet west of the NE Corner of said Section 4-T92N-R45W connecting with 160th Street.
