on the Buena Vista‑Pocahontas County line near the NW Corner Section 30-T93N-R34W,
Pocahontas County (NE Corner Section 25‑T93N‑R35W, Buena Vista
County); thence east following substantially the section line of Sections 30,29,
and 28‑T93N‑R34W to a point approximately 1000 feet west of the N ¼
Corner Section 28‑T93N‑R34W thence southeasterly through Section 28‑T93N‑R34W
along the south side of the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad to a point 134
feet beyond the Chicago, Rock island and Pacific Railroad crossing; thence
curving southeasterly through said Section 28 to the west corporation line of
the City of Laurens connecting with an unnamed street.
