of jurisdiction agreement number TJ‑000‑0 (1) ‑‑2M‑78,
between Pottawattamie County and the Iowa Department of Transportation,
transferred the section of road from the De Soto National Wildlife Refuge
entrance near the NW Corner Section 11‑T77N‑R45W east, north and
east to the east ramp of Interstate 29 approximately 100 feet west of the E ¼
Corner Section 4‑T77N‑R44W to state jurisdiction on August 1,
1980. This section is now designated

RECOMMENDATION:
It
is recommended the commission approve including the attached description of

between the City of Macedonia and the Iowa Department of Transportation,
transferred that portion of Iowa 362 from the west end of abandoned Burlington
Northern Railroad overpass east to the east corporation line of Macedonia to
city jurisdiction on November 14, 1980.

between the City of Macedonia and the Iowa Department of Transportation and
transfer of jurisdiction agreement number TJ7362‑0 (5), between
Pottawattamie County and the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred
that portion of Iowa 362 from the east corporation line of the City of
Macedonia east along the south corporation line to the east corporation line to
local jurisdiction on November 14, 1980.
