on the north corporation line of the City of Council Bluffs, connecting with
North Broadway; thence in a northerly, northwesterly and northerly direction
through Sections 18 and 7‑T75N‑R43W; thence in a northwesterly,
northerly and northeasterly direction through Sections 12 and 1‑T75N‑R44W,
and Sections 36, 25, 24 and 13‑T76N‑R44W; thence in a northeasterly
direction through Sections 7 and 6‑T76N‑R43W to a point a short
distance east of the center of Section 6‑T76N‑R43W; thence in a
northwesterly direction through Section 6‑T76N‑R43W, Section 1‑T76N‑R44W,
and Sections 36 and 35-T77N‑R44W to a point on the east side of the
Chicago and Northwestern Railway a short distance east of the S ¼ Corner of
Section 26‑T77N‑R44W; thence in a northwesterly direction along the
east side of said railroad and substantially parallel thereto, through Sections
26, 23, 14, 15, 10 and 3‑T77N‑R44W to a point on the east side of
the Illinois Central Railroad approximately ¼
mile east of the W ¼ Corner

extension to west Broadway to East Broadway; thence northeasterly on East
Broadway to North Broadway; thence northerly on North Broadway to the north
corporation line.
NOW
THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa State Highway Commission approve the
removal of US Alternate 30 in Pottawattamie County, Iowa.
NOTE:
To become effective upon adoption of this resolution.
