RECOMMENDATION:
It
is recommended that the old description of

Beginning
on the Tama‑Benton County line at a point approximately 250 feet north of
the SE Corner Section 13‑T82N‑R13W, Tama County (SW Corner Section 18‑T82N‑R12W,
Benton County); thence north along the Tama-Benton County line (note: see
Benton County) to a point near the NE Corner Section 13‑T85N‑R13W (east
junction Iowa 8); thence westerly following substantially the section line of Sections
13, 14, 15‑T85N‑R13W to a point approximately 2700 feet west of the
NE Corner Section 15‑T85N‑R13W (west junction Iowa 8); thence northerly
following substantially the center section line of Sections 10 and 3‑T85N‑R13W
and Sections 34, 27, 22, 15, 10 and 3‑T86N‑R13W to the Tama-Black
