Beginning at the junction of Iowa 16 (approximately 690 feet south of the Center Section 22-T71N-R12W); thence southeasterly through said Section 22 to approximately 1218 feet east of the S ¼ Corner said Section 22; thence southerly and southwesterly through Section 27-T71N-R12W to the north corporation line of Eldon (approximately 1328 feet south and 506 feet east of the N ¼ Corner said Section 27) connecting with 9^th Street.
