Beginning at the junction
of Iowa 92; thence northeast to the north corporation line.
Beginning
again on the north corporation line of Martensdale;
thence in a northeasterly, northerly, and northeasterly direction through
Sections 21, 15, 16, 9, 10, 3, and 2-T76N-R25W and Sections 35, 36, and
25-T77N-R25W to a point approximately 700 feet south of the N ¼ Corner Section
25-T77N-R25W; thence north following substantially the center section line of
Sections 25 and 24-T77N-R25W to the south corporation line of Norwalk,
connecting with Sunset Drive.
Beginning on Sunset Drive
at the south corporation line; thence north, northeast, north, and northwest on
Sunset Drive to the Warren-Polk County line, approximately 1790 feet west of
the NW Corner Section 6-T77N-R24W, Warren County (1790 feet west of the SW
Corner Section 31-T78N-R24W, Polk County).
