AGC Proposal Advanced
On Monday, Nov. 19, 2007, the joint House-Senate TIME-21 Transportation Funding Study Committee agreed to submit to their caucuses and Governor Chet Culver for comment a package proposed by the Associated General Contractors of Iowa that would to establish a TIME-21 funding approach.
