Senate File 451 transferred Iowa 410 in its entirety, in Clayton County, to county jurisdiction on July 1, 2003.

DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:

Due to a review of our Primary Road System records Iowa 410 in Clayton County should be deleted and the new description added should be officially included into the Primary System.

PROPOSAL/ACTION RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that the old description of Iowa 410 in Clayton County be deleted and the new description, as referred in the attached detailed description, be included in the Primary Road System effective upon the adoption of this resolution.

Locate Iowa 410 in Clayton County as follows:

Beginning on the Clayton‑Delaware County line (north entrance to Backbone State Park) at a point near the S ¼ Corner Section 33‑T91N‑R6W thence north through said Section 33 to a point approximately 600 feet south of the N ¼ Corner Section 33‑T91N‑R6W; thence curving in a northeasterly direction to a point approximately 600 feet east of the N ¼ Corner Section 33‑T91N‑R6W; thence east through the north part of Sections 33 and 34‑T91N‑R6W to a point approximately 600 feet west of the S ¼ Corner Section 27‑T91N‑R6W thence curving in a northeasterly direction to a point approximately 600 feet north of the S ¼ Corner Section 27‑T91N‑R6W; thence north through said Section 27 to a point approximately 1200 feet north of the S ¼ Corner Section 27‑T91N‑R6W (junction Iowa 3 and 13).
