Beginning at the junction of US 30 and Iowa 1 connecting with South 1^st Avenue, then northeasterly on South 1^st Avenue, then connecting with Business US 30 (Iowa 830), then east on Business US 30 to the east corporation line (west corporation line of Lisbon).

Lisbon:

Beginning at the west corporation line then east on Business US 30 to east corporation line.

Beginning again at the east corporation line of Lisbon; thence east to junction of Lisbon Boulevard; thence southeast on Lisbon Boulevard to junction of US 30 and the Linn-Cedar County Line.
