4148.01 DESCRIPTION.
Drain tile shall meet requirements of AASHTO M 178/178 M, standard quality, extra quality, or special quality, as specified, or AASHTO M 179, standard, extra quality, or heavy duty, as specified. When the quality is not specified, extra quality tile shall be used in roadway embankments, and standard or standard quality tile shall be used in other locations.
