NEW PROCUREMENT SOURCING SYSTEM COMING SOON!
The Iowa DOT will soon be moving to a new procurement sourcing application hosted by Ion Wave Technologies, Inc. All interested suppliers, contractors and service providers,
both current or new, will need to register on the Ion Wave website. We will post more information soon about how to get registered.
In the meantime, the current process will be in effect.
To become a registered vendor with the Iowa DOT's Purchasing Section, both a Vendor Registration Form and a Federal Identification W-9 form must be completed. Begin the registration process by selecting the Vendor Registration Form below. Provide company name and the types of products or services available. A W-9 form must also be completed.
Vendor Registration Form: Select the category heading. Vendors will be added to a bidders list for the selected categories in the form to be considered for future opportunities to sell to the state.
A Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) is required to register. A Social Security number must be provided if a FEIN number is not available according to the instructions included in the form. This form must be signed and returned by email, or by fax or standard mail.
Both forms can be submitted by:
Iowa Department of Transportation
800 Lincoln Way
Ames, Iowa 50010
Vendors are responsible to notify the Iowa DOT Purchasing Section of any changes to company information.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader
to print or view PDF files. Adobe also provides a set of free tools that allow visually disabled users to read documents in Adobe PDF format. Acrobat Reader
Accessibility for Visually Impaired Users
converts PDF documents into either HTML or ASCII text which can then be read by many screen reading programs.
