Technical Training and Certification Program (TTCP)

Welcome to the Iowa DOT TTCP site. Included on this site is all the information you need to enroll in the TTCP training classes. Many of these classes are required to obtain certification required to inspect and/or test materials for highway and structural projects. The TTCP also offers courses for informational purposes that do not include an exam or certification. Check out the registration booklet for information on program changes, class schedules, and information on the courses offered.

The goal of the TTCP is to assist every technician in obtaining the skills and knowledge they need to perform their duties with accuracy and proficiency.
