Presentations are a key part of the IHEEP conference and provide a great opportunity to share innovations and technical information among transportation agencies and professionals.
The call for presentations period has ended. Thank you for all the submissions. We are reviewing them and will be contacting chosen speakers by the timeline listed.
Focus areas include BIM and Open Standards, Construction Technology, Data Management, and more. Please refer to the information on the schedule for submitting and selection of presentations for the conference.

Those traveling to Iowa for the conference will want to fly into the Des Moines International Airport, conveniently located less than 5 miles from the Des Moines Marriott Downtown. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport.
Ride-share and taxi services are widely available at the airport as well. It is typically about a 15 minute ride from the airport to the hotel. For those looking for more freedom, rental cars are available from most major car rental companies.
Many downtown restaurants, bars, and amenities are available within a 10 minute walk of the Des Moines Marriott Downtown. Please see map below.
