Step 1 of 7 - How old are you?

Indicate the age you will be when you plan to visit the driver's license location. I'm 18 or older I'm under 18 and not married I'm under 18 and married (emancipated)

To prove you are emancipated and do not need your parent’s consent to obtain a DL, you will need to provide your certified marriage certificate. It must be issued by the state office of vital statistics or equivalent agency in your state or country of marriage. It must be a certified copy with the stamp or raised seal of the issuing authority. A church, chapel or similarly issued certificate is not acceptable. A photocopy is not acceptable.
