Iowa DOT seeking comment on FY 2022-2024 Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goal for FAA-funded projects

The Iowa Department of Transportation is seeking comments on its proposed fiscal year 2022 - 2024 Annual Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goal for Federal Aviation Administration-funded projects. The proposed goal of 4.1 percent was determined following federal guidelines (49 CFR 26.45). The methodology used can be viewed here. Copies can also be requested by e-mail to: shane.wright@iowadot.us or by phone: 515-239-1048. The methodology will be available for inspection until Friday July, 16 2021.

A public meeting via teleconference has been set for June 24 at 9 a.m. to discuss the proposed goal for the Iowa DOT to comply with the federal DBE Annual Goal setting process.
