DEI Survey

To gauge where DOT employees are at with Diversity Equity and Inclusion, a survey was sent out to the entirety of the DOT workforce across Iowa. This anonymous five-minute survey allowed employees a space to answer their experiences in the workforce. It also allowed feedback space for ideas, comments, concerns, or words of thanks to be directly seen by surveyors.
