2023 Title VI Compliance Review Training/Workshop

The Iowa DOT Office of Civil Rights is hosting several “Title VI Overview with Workshops” across the state July and August. The Title VI Trainings with Workshops are being held the following dates and locations:

Tuesday, July 25 – 8:00 am to 4:30 pm – Denison, Boulder Conference Center

This training will explain the purpose of Title VI and the process of completing the documentation necessary for your organization to be considered "in compliance."

  • The morning session, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm will cover Title VI.
  • The afternoon session, 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm will be comprised of a workshop walking you through each required section of Title VI compliance documentation.

Be prepared to ask questions and receive one on one assistance in preparing documentation as if you would for a compliance review.
