Details
The Ash Street Overpass is a stone masonry arch over the CB&Q railroad in the town of Burlington, built in 1892. Fraser lists it in the Appendix but didn't fill out a card for it. It's eligible, therefore, never having been listed. Similar structures are the Hawkeye Street Underpass built in Floyd County 1889; Ely's Stone Bridge in Jones County built 1893; and the IANR Underpass in Linn County built 1887. The Jones County one is the largest of the lot, but the other two are definitely rail related (Milwaukee Road in Floyd County and IANR in Linn).
