January 1, 2023 fuel tax changes
Biodiesel Blender’s tax credit for B5-B10 products has lapsed as of January 1, 2023. The result is a .035 cent reduction in the revenue a fuel vendor will receive.
Superfund Excise Tax
Superfund Excise Tax rate was adjusted for inflation starting January 1, 2024. This tax should be billed as a separate line item on invoices. Please see list below:
