- Hickman Road west of I-35 : 36,700
- Hickman Road east of I-35 : 27,200
- I-35/80 around Hickman Road : 99,500
- Ramps at Hickman Road : 7,600-9,000
Q: When will construction be completed?
- A: Construction will start in 2024 and is estimated for completion in 2028
Q: Will the Clive Greenbelt Trail be closed?
- A: Yes. The trail will be closed when the contractor works on the bridge over the trail. There will be a detour for the trail.
Q: Will any roads be closed to traffic during the reconstruction of this interchange?
- A: Yes. Hickman Road will be closed in 2027 to reconstruct the road as part of the new interchange. I-35/80, University Avenue, and Douglas Avenue will remain open at all times.
