2024 DOT Rule Schedule for Executive Order 10

Pursuant to Executive Order 10, the Iowa DOT will be reviewing its existing administrative rules in calendar years 2024 and 2025. The following chapters will be reviewed in 2024 and the Red Tape Review Rule Report for each chapter will be added as it is completed. A Regulatory Analysis will be included if the Department is planning to repromulgate the chapter.
