Hearing notices should be submitted to Public Transit to be posted to the private sector clearinghouse website. Applicants not submitting their notices to Public Transit at least three weeks prior to the hearing are responsible for sending the notice to the local private sector transit providers and other providers throughout the state who have requested all notifications. The notices must be sent return-receipt mail. Copies of the receipts must be included in the system's funding application.
