Veteran and Human Service Transportation

Mobility is the key to independence, but lack of transportation or inability to drive does not have to keep you from traveling.

Find a service provider for veteran and human service transportation through the LifeLong Links one-call one-click center (866-468-7887). A number of options exist to ensure you can safely get from Point A to Point B.

Nonemergency Medical & Waiver Transportation

Iowa Medicaid members with full benefits and clients with Medicaid Waiver benefits may qualify for non-emergency medical and/or Waiver-approved transportation. To determine your benefits and transportation provider, please contact the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT).
