Weather permitting, the I-380 northbound lanes at Penn Street will be closed nightly beginning Tuesday, Sept. 8, at 11 PM through Friday, Sept. 11, at 5 AM. Traffic will be detoured to the Penn Street ramps at Exit 4. See the map provided below for detour details.
