Duties include direct support in the development of the Iowa DOT Five Year Program. This includes reviewing engineering estimates, updating traffic data, comparing development estimates with programming concepts, updating and maintaining a monitor listing of potential projects and program estimate changes, adjusting funding to account for inflation, and preparing draft programs and developing program alternatives for various funding levels.
