AMES, Iowa – Dec. 9, 2025 – The Iowa Transportation Commission approved an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2026-2030 Iowa Transportation Improvement Program at its meeting today.
The amendment added $5.1 million in funding for right of way costs for the widening of Interstate 35 from north of 315th Street to 0.5 miles north of County Road E-57 in Story County.
