AMES, Iowa – March 17, 2026 – Tell us what you think about the proposed bridge replacement on Iowa 93 over a stream in the City of Sumner in Bremer County.
Proposed Improvements Include:
- Removal and replacement of the existing bridge.
- Reconstruct approach pavement.
- Replace guardrail.
Through traffic will be detoured using County Roads V56, C33, and V62 during construction. Construction is expected to start in the spring of 2028 and end in the fall of 2028.
