AMES, Iowa – April 9, 2026 – Tell us what you think about the proposed bridge replacement on U.S. 169 over Bass Creek 0.6 mile South of County Road C-56 in Webster County.
Improvements include:
- Replace existing bridge with culvert
Construction will take place in 2028.
During construction, U.S. 169 will be closed, and the proposed detour would follow County road D-14, Iowa 413, and County Road C-56.
