AMES, Iowa – July 21, 2026 – Tell us what you think about the planned bridge replacement on the U.S. 59 bridge over U.S. 34 in Mills County near Emerson.
Construction is scheduled for 2028.
Traffic will be maintained on the existing bridge during construction. The new bridge will be built just west of the existing bridge.
