It a two-second investment in time that can literally save your life.

Make sure you are wearing your belt correctly:

  • Your shoulder belt should hit you between your shoulder and your neck. Many vehicles have the ability to adjust the height of your shoulder belt for a better fit depending on your size.
  • Wear your shoulder belt across your chest, never tuck it behind your back or under your arm.
  • Wear your lap belt across the hips and upper thighs, under your stomach.
  • Pregnant women should take extra care on where they place their belt. Check out tips on proper belt placement.
